The conversation around representation on corporate boards continues to gain momentum, but the disparities—particularly for women of color—remain stark. For instance, while women hold 28.2% of board seats in healthcare and 17.6% in technology (Deloitte, 2023), Latina women account for less than 1% of Fortune 500 board positions (HACR, 2022). Behind every statistic is a story of untapped potential and structural barriers that we must address together.
